Our exclusive Repti-Pack Shipping Boxes are designed for shipping reptiles. We start with 200 pound test corrugated boxes and then we include 1" thick high density polypropylene foam liners. The liners add thermal insulation to keep the box contents warm (or cool) depending on the time of year. We had a Bearded Dragon that had to travel from our location near Houston, Texas to a customer in Iowa in the middle of January. The Dragon traveled in a Repti-Pack shipping box, of course. What was expected to be a 2 day trip via Express Mail turned out to be 4 day journey. We do not know where our package was through those 4 days (and neither does the Post Office), but when the customer notified us that the package had finally arrived we expected to hear the worst. In fact, we were told that the inside of the package was still warm and the Beardie was alive and well.

It is impossible to say how much of the journey was spent in 50 degree Texas and how much was in 10 and 20 degree Iowa, but we believe the Repti-Pack worked pretty well.
